This policy helps you understand how Creator Campfire LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order fulfillment, payment processing via Stripe, cancellations, refunds, and complaints.
Terminology
- Client, You, and Your refer to the person using our website and services.
- Company, We, Our, and Us refer to Creator Campfire LLC.
- Parties refers to both the Client and the Company.
Fulfillment Policy
At Creator Campfire LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines our delivery methods, refund conditions, and cancellation guidelines. All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Delivery Policy
All services are delivered electronically, typically via email, shared documents, or client portals, based on the nature of the service and as agreed upon during onboarding.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following condition:
- The service was not delivered at all during the agreed-upon term.
Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You were aware of limitations before purchasing.
- You simply disliked the service or chose not to use it.
- You failed to report any service-related issues within 7 days of delivery.
Return Policy
Because our services are entirely digital, we do not accept returns. However, refunds may be considered under the conditions listed above.
Cancellation Policy
Once a service agreement or contract is signed, cancellations are not permitted.
Project Abandonment
If you become unresponsive for 15 consecutive days, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, all refunds will be forfeited.
Administrative Fee
Approved refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
